Subscription and Fees

By placing your monthly recurring order for Bringstir Inc, you will be charged Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction. Fees are displayed in your member area and welcome email.

In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Bringstir Inc reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued access to the Service. If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, a $3.00 administrative fee may be applied to maintain your subscription until the full or discounted subscription fee is successfully processed.

Bringstir Inc, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for any inconveniences or damages resulting from the use of a particular Payment Method. In such cases, you should direct any complaints to the payment service provider, in accordance with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for any costs you incur to access the internet.

By the acceptance of hereby Terms of Use, you declare, that all the payments shall be made with the funds from a legitimate source.

Customer Care

Bringstir Inc offers limited troubleshooting and updates for Member Users Daily 8:00am to 8:00pm, US Eastern time.. Additional support or on-site assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to these Terms.

Access and Content License

Subscription Cancellation Policy

User has the right to cancel the subscription at any time. If the user chooses to cancel the subscription after regular billing has started, the subscription will be cancelled immediately, and the account will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. If you are a Paid User and have not violated the Agreement, material changes that negatively impact the Service will generally take effect after the current billing cycle. However, Bringstir Inc reserves the right to terminate access immediately and provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription. Continuing to use the Service after such changes or termination signifies your acceptance and waives any further claims for a refund.

Remedies for Breach

If you violate of this agreement, Bringstir Inc may take whatever action it deems necessary or convenient, in its sole discretion. Such actions may include, without limitation, suspending your access to the Site and/or the Service, blocking your IP address, or any other technical or legal means at Bringstir Inc disposal.

Refund Terms

Refunds, less any applicable deductions will be issued in the earliest of 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel the service. We will make the refund using the same means of payment unless you have agreed otherwise. You will have upto 30 days from sign up to request a refund. These cancellation rights do not affect your legal rights.

Once the refund has been processed, it will take 3-5 business days to reach your card.

Responsibilities of Use

Force Majeure Clause

Bringstir Inc will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations in terms of events beyond its reasonable control. These include denial-of-service attacks, strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, material shortages, failure of the internet or extraordinary connectivity issues (each a "Force Majeure Event").

Termination Effects

Upon expiration, termination or cancellation of the Site or Service, your right to use the platform will cease as stated above, however residual copies may be retained in Bringstir Inc system. Bringstir Inc may retain any such files or other content at its discretion.

The termination of your access does not relieve you of your responsibilities under these Terms. Key obligations, including those related to ownership, indemnity, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect after termination.
